Kent Brown, the Southern California Hogan Rep told Bruce Wyatt and I  that The Hogan Company would never build a cast club. That was when the cast club was getting very popular. The reason that Mr. Hogan made this decision, was Mr. Hogan said the molecules in a forging were lined up while the molecules in a cast club were completely chaotic and purely random. The result was the forging had a far superior “feel!”
